What should I do with my plants when they arrive?
As soon as your plants arrive unpack them, if they look dry give them a good drink and plant them as
soon as possible.
How can I make sure I give my plant the best care?
All the information you need to care for your plant is on our website (less paper, less waste). Just type the name of the plant into the search bar and everything you need to know is there.
When and how can I expect my delivery?
Deliveries are dispatched Monday-Thursday and sent via courier service. We aim to dispatch all items shown as “in stock” within 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays & the festive period). We have a minimum order amount of £15.
No deliveries are made on Sundays, bank holidays or the day after a bank holiday and during the festive period.
How much does delivery cost?

£6.99 for orders between £15-£100
FREE for orders over £100
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to mainland UK address in England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands there may be an additional charge, for more details email: sales@plantsofcornwall.com
What payment methods do you offer?
For all our orders we take secure payment with any major debit or credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Please note we are unable to take telephone orders.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to ensure that all orders are dispatched without delay so if you wish to make any
changes to your order you must contact us immediately. We are unable to make any changes or
cancel the order once it is with the courier.
What do I do if my order has arrived damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days. Please email us at: sales@plantsofcornwall.com with a photo of the damaged item (please also include a photo
of the packaging) and we will get back to you to arrange a return.
I have received my purchase, but I have changed my mind, what can I do?
No problem! Return the item to us in its original packaging. Once we have received your return in good condition, we can issue your refund. Please note we are unable to refund the original delivery
charge or bear the cost of returning the item to us.
